When I try to log onto the site I get the message "Authorization Required" even when I type in my username and password.
What's going on? Please keep in mind that username and password are caSe sEnsiTivE.
This means that:
user: "jaNe" - password: "DoE"
is NOT the same as:
user: "jane" - password: "doe"
Please type in the codes exactly as they were sent to you in the initial email when you signed up.
Disable any anonymizing software you are running.
Do not use anonymizing URLs when surfing the site. Disable programs such as: Norton Internet Security or Atguard Privacy Software or Safeweb. They may be considered hostile by the server's security, which can result in you not getting access.
I sometimes get "You are blocked temporarily" when I attempt to log-in.
Our server security system monitors hacker attempts and account abuse and might block your access under the following circumstances:
* You have tried to log-in unsuccessfully multiple times within a short time period. Please remember that your username and password are CaSe senSiTivE!
* Your username and password have been used from various IP addresses within a short time frame. Do not share your account access with other people. Your login data is for your use only. Any shared accounts will be automatically blocked.
* You have downloaded huge portions of the site with a download manager. This is also known as "site leeching". Please don't do that to us. Other members' download speeds might be negatively affected by such behavior. Leeching will be blocked.
How do I watch the videos?
You need a movie viewer on your computer. You can choose between:
* Flash (download here)
* Windows Media Player ( download here)
I'm experiencing choppiness or constant re-buffering while viewing a video.
Why is this happening? The quality you can successfully stream in your browser depends on your internet connection - the faster your connection is, the better quality you can stream and the less choppy the videos will look.
You can also pause the clip you are watching to allow more time for it to fully download to your machine before viewing.

* [open the .zip file] => [extract the content to your desired destination]

Problems downloading or extracting zip files?
A common problem (empty zip files, etc.) is the local firewall (hardware / software). Check your settings and allow zip files to be downloadable.
Also check your browser security settings if you still have problems.
